Wednesday, April 2 – The S&P 500 is bouncing, but we’re still below a declining 5-day MA, which means day trades only for now. Avoid setting overnight stops—use the 5-minute rule to avoid shakeouts. Mixed signals persist across the board: NASDAQ and Russell are holding lows but still weak; semis and biotechs continue to lag, while financials and energy are starting to show some strength. Palantir, Tesla, and Nvidia are testing declining 5-day MAs—possible bounce setups, but hard to trust. I'm still holding a tiny LUV position (May calls) and getting what I deserve for breaking rules. CTRA broke support—off the list. ADT and KMI are worth watching with tight stops. Still not a swing-friendly market—stay nimble, stay disciplined.
