Hi Brian, earnings are due tomorrow for HYLN and on 2/24 for OII. Should that affect our approach to these trades? Thanks.
I generally suggest not holding thru an earnings report but it is up to each member to decide for themselves how they want to handle it.
Brian:
I wanted to know if there a consensus in the trading community about how much risk as a % of the account is healthy. I started with 0,5% of the account and now that I have a little more experience I consider that is too low. I know that a veteran trader could bear more risk but if I try to do with more size how much of the account in a swing position or full size position you . I see in the internet 2% is not too much. 5% percent maybe is quite high. Could you give some advise???
Thank you.
I dont know, but this is also an “educational concept” question which is meant for webinars.
good day to be in cash
The market told us cash made sense, we just have to listen. Most people want to put their opinion on the market rather than listen.
