issues. At times, videos will not go live instantly if problems are
encountered in the initial encoding process.

We understand that timeliness and reliability are very important to you,
and we are constantly working to improve our service.

In the meantime, please consider re-uploading your file through the
web-uploader if you do not receive a link right away. Also, ensure that
the filenames are different, as overwriting files in your account through
the web-uploader will cause the video to be unavailable until after
