Fuel cell stocks have some very constructive chart patterns right now, amongst the best are SATC, FCEL, BLDP and my favorite right here is CPST. CPST is in a perfect buy zone right now at the 3.72 level and it also has a large short position which could be movitated to cover on any strength.
